A week or so you had a blog about going to the gym. I don't know about you but I get very warm at the gym and it stays with me for sometime after. I've seen people with books on treadmills as they are walking. A few weeks ago there was an article on Yahoo bout some workplace that have their people who can opt out for having a desk of sorts mounted on a treadmill instead of sitting in a cube all day.

So . . . to keep warm, wear a hat (preferably stylish - like the ladies in the Red Hat Society do) . . . and . . . option 1 - bring your laptop to the gym, set it for no more than 2 mph and get some work done AND stay warm. Option 2 - buy a treadmill for the office and have your accountant find a way to write if off as a business expense. Option 3 - forget options 1 and 2, Go to the local packy and bring JW home with you.

Ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm...you lent me the heatwrap...it is hanging on the doorknob of my bedroom in cotuit...you are welcome to go and take it back. See what being generous does to you?

since most body heat is released through the head, I would suggest you wear a hat :-)
